Location: 122 128 Mu Ban Chiang Mai Lake Land Alley, Su Thep Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50200 Drive along the irrigation canal not far from CMU. There is an old restaurant with mellow flavors that we have been eating with our grandparents since we were kids. The signature menu here, if you can eat meat, we recommend the beef tongue stew. As for us, we don't eat it, so our favorite menu is shrimp paste fried rice and coconut milk noodles. There are other menus as well, which are equally delicious. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, no air conditioning, and natural breezes. It is near the canal, so there is always a breeze. Next to it is Asama coffee shop, which has coffee that is just as good as in the city.
