Basic Airport with Minimal Service

#celebratewithtrip With only 10 gates total and one of those being a international gate.There is concourse A and concourse B and thats it.Charleston International Airport(CHS) should be consider more of a regional airport then a international one. Typically you wont find any big lines at CHS for check in. Going through security was pretty easy. The lines are generally short and people working there are generally nice considering the job their doing. Once you make it to the other side. There isn't a whole lot to do other then sit in a seat. They do have a self serve snack area. Where you grab what you want and a lady rings it up for you. It has like basic sandwiches, sodas, chips etc. They did have some sort of cafe or bakery restaurant in the center of the airport but I heard that closed or I don't know if its even open. But that is located outside of security towards the center of the airport. They have a mini magazine/bookstore. That's about it. Basically I feel there is no effort done to really improve the airport itself or even expand the airport as a whole. They provide the most minimal service when it comes to passengers.
