💟Overall feeling ❤️An old five-star hotel with a good service concept. I was very satisfied with the service, from the bellboy helping with the luggage to the unexpected solutions to problems. ❤️Not far from the business district (1 min to Zhuozhan, full of big brands), attractions, and subway station (8 min walk). Many hotels in Changchun have good brands but are located in remote areas (such as the three hotels under Marriott), which is enough for me to choose for travel convenience. ❤️Some small details are very good: there is a three-plug charger at the bedside, so I am not afraid of forgetting to bring a charger. 💔The unsatisfactory part is mainly "old", such as the elevator and the way to enter the room is to insert the card (the direction must be completely fit) instead of swiping the card, and the room also needs to swipe the card. 🏡Room interior I booked a superior twin room this time. The room is relatively compact, but the facilities are complete. The overall decoration is wood-toned, and the paintings are very high-end. The bathroom supplies smell good, and the wet and dry areas are separated. There is a shower and a bathtub, but the view outside the window is relatively average. 👉The bed feels very comfortable, with moderate hardness. The height of the bed is also very suitable for my preference, soft but not high, very comfortable to sleep on! But the two beds in the twin room are very close, fortunately, this time I traveled with my family, if it was a colleague, it might be a little embarrassing. 💁Service experience 🍀The professionalism of the staff is highly praised.
