Berkshire K Special Roast Cutlet is famous for its deliciously fried and charcoal-grilled baby Jirisan black pig that was (?) alive, so I tried it. The part is the sirloin and the gabrisal that are attached together, and as expected, it was so soft and delicious. The charcoal-grilled scent made me forget about my feelings of sorry for the pig and I was already smiling. However, after eating a few pieces, the rich taste really came up when it cooled down. The shrimp cutlet was average, and the menchi cutlet tasted like the frozen mini tonkatsu from the school lunch. It's not worth waiting for hours to eat, but it's worth going once.
