You can go down any staircase along the way to the blue trail. Baiqiantan Cultural Village was originally a place where refugees stayed during the Korean War. It became the current cultural and arts village in late 2011 after the old houses were renovated and various art installations and creative works were added. There are many cafes in Baiqiantan, all facing the sea view, very beautiful!
