Truly living up to its title as one of the most beautiful Aman properties in the world.
✨ As expected, the service was impeccable, the environment stunning, and… the food still didn’t quite suit my taste 😅
✈️ Flew in from Jakarta — about a 1-hour flight, followed by a 1.5-hour drive to the resort. The journey was smooth with snacks and drinks provided in the car, though it was still a bit tiring.
💐 Upon check-in, I was welcomed with not just a drink but also a flower shower, which was such a pleasant surprise!
In the room: welcome cake, fresh fruits, and multiple handwritten notes scattered throughout.
They even printed a personalized itinerary for the upcoming days and left it on the table — such thoughtful touches!
👒 The resort provides aesthetic straw hats and tote bags for your stay, and every evening turn-down service includes a small gift — the sense of ceremony and attention to detail was truly exceptional.
🏯 From the resort, you can see Borobudur in the distance.
I booked a guided visit through Aman — a private driver and 1-on-1 tour guide were arranged.
The guide was not only knowledgeable and engaging, but also knew all the Instagrammable spots — constantly helping with photos, videos, and poses 📸
The whole Borobudur experience took around 2 hours and was unforgettable.
