Silvretta High Alpine Road

#summervacay Silvretta’s switchbacks are thrilling to drive, but I made sure to stop and savor every view. Glacial lakes, snow-streaked peaks, and wooden huts—this road is pure alpine bliss. I pulled over to hike a short loop trail and found myself all alone in a meadow filled with wildflowers. Later, I had fresh soup and bread at a mountain inn with cows grazing nearby. The drive of a lifetime. #summervacay
