The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, as it debuted during the bustling holiday season, when streets are typically jam-packed with traffic and everyone seems to be in a race against time. We started from Ben Thanh Market station to Suoi Tien station, stepped onto the sleek, brightly-lit platform for the first time, there was an undeniable energy in the air—a mixture of curiosity and excitement. The platform was not as crowded as expected because the metro was still in the experiment time before officially launching on Dec.22.
