Seventeen Arches Bridge

Still within the Summer Palace, each place in China is incredibly grand, and within it, there are many smaller tourist spots. It takes at least half a day to walk through, and even then, you might not see everything. From the entrance, we passed through the water market, temples, and palaces, and continued walking east of Kunming Lake, which is a man-made lake covering three-quarters of the Summer Palace. We ended up at the Seventeen Arches Bridge, the largest stone bridge in the palace with 17 arches lined up. During winter, the evening sunlight passes through the arches, creating a golden glow. People gather to watch and take photos. When we visited, we stayed until around 3 PM, and there were already about 50 people setting up cameras for live streaming. We decided not to stay because of the crowd and left before it got too crowded.
