Next, we head to the fantastic city of Bath.
The real beauty here is within the architecture and history of the city. There is the Royal Crescent, without a doubt, the finest example of Georgian architecture in the world, and this landmark was built in the late 1700’s.
Another piece of stunning architecture, is the circus. This consists of three curved segments of Georgian townhouses, forming a circle. Be sure to stand in the middle, where you can marvel at the old oak trees, but also, to see if you can find the exact spot where anything you say will echo!
Whilst in Bath, spend some time marvelling at the sights of the River Avon. You can also discover the Roman Baths that are located within the city, and if you’re a fan of all things Jane Austen, make sure you visit the Jane Austen centre and see the places that inspired books such as Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility.
