Unexpected delicious Xinjiang goat hotpot in cool weather

It was suddenly cold and rainy today. I found a Banqiao mutton hotpot on my blog and went to try it. It was really warming the more I ate. The soup was rich with the aroma of sesame oil. I was surprised when I took a bite of the mutton. The meat was tender, chewy and delicious without any smell of mutton. My brother, who is afraid of the smell of mutton, said that mutton is delicious. Paired with my favorite lamb tripe and cabbage, and a bowl of hot sesame oil noodles, I was so happy.
