Before grilling, the restaurant provides sauce for dipping, grilling until medium-rare, and eating with hot Japanese rice. The set is so delicious, it almost melts in your mouth ~~ 🔸Salmon Tartar x Nori - (Salmon Tartar x Nori) (x1) Salmon mixed with tartar sauce served on a large tray with toppings for you to mix yourself, wrapped in nori. It's very delicious, but I personally think it's a bit too sweet. 🔹Shiratama Kuromitsu Matcha Parfait - Shiratama Kuromitsu Matcha Parfait (x2) Served in a very large cup, 2 large scoops of matcha ice cream, mochi, red beans, topped with sweet, delicious sauce. The ice cream is very rich in matcha. ✅ Full, delicious, and worth it. At first, we thought we wouldn't be full, but when we walked out of the shop, we were full.
