Phed Mark: Spicy & Super Nice

After alighting at Ekkamai Bus Terminal, we were famished from our 2 hour bus ride from Pattaya to Bangkok. We chanced upon Phed Mark as it was a stone throw away from the Bus Terminal. Phed Mark specializes in Pad Kaprao (spicy basil stir-fry dishes). You are able to select the type of meat and level of spiciness. What I found unique about the dish is that duck egg was used. It's indeed spicy and super nice, and I can see why the shop has a good constant flow of locals and foreigners placing their food orders.
