Cheap flights from Bangkok to Germany with Thai Airways Economy Class

I bought a super cheap Thai Airways ticket on Trip.com and flew from Bangkok to Frankfurt, Germany. The price was 40,000 yen one way in economy class. It included fuel surcharges, so it was a really cheap flight for the time being. It was a long flight of 12 hours, but if I departed from Japan, I would have to take a detour route because I couldn't fly over Russia, so it would be even longer, so Thai Airways' route through the Middle East was quite good.
