#Let's talk about travel The restaurant "Ngua" (𝗡𝗴𝘂𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗸) is located at 𝗛𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗶, Soi Ari 3. It's very convenient to get to. The menu is created by Mr. Best-Natthanon Sittipanyapat, who is both the owner and the chef. I had the chance to meet Mr. Best to talk about the history of the restaurant and the concept of the food. Mr. Best took good care of me and gave me information. He was very cute. The word "Ngua" in the Isan or Northern language means "cow". Mr. Best is a person who loves eating beef. So he wanted to convey this love to people to eat beef menus in the style of Ngua. In a relaxed atmosphere like 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸, easy to access, but let me tell you that the ingredients are all "𝗣 𝗿 𝗲 𝗺 𝗶 𝘂 𝗺" 🌟🌟 𝗛 𝗶 𝗴 𝗵 𝗟 𝗶 𝗴 𝗵 𝘁 Menu 🌟🌟 🐮 Charcoal-grilled beef tongue Spread with tare sauce made from simmered rice, eggplant and “Satat”, served with coriander, lime leaves, dipping sauces such as Nam Yoi Mayo, chili powder, and pickled eggs. The beef tongue is “soft” and not smelly at all. “Delicious”, so delicious. Eat everything together, so delicious. 🥩 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 “Larb Muang”, tartar made from flank steak, mixed with egg yolk, garlic, fish sauce, fried shallots and fried capers, mixed with a light scent of Laab Muang with coriander, parsley, lime, served with rice crackers and crispy beef skin. The taste is delicious and spicy. 🌾 Khao Ob Ngua, jasmine rice mixed with Sanpatong sticky rice, cooked with beef bone soup and beef fat, mixed with homemade pork sausage and Kangpa beef. Sour mango, turmeric, pomelo peel and “samun phr” served with pickled chili fish sauce and makhwaen. Mix everything together.
