Introduction to the Emerald Buddha Temple and the Grand Palace: The Emerald Buddha Temple was built in 1782 by Rama I and enshrines the national treasure "Emerald Buddha". The Emerald Buddha was invited into the temple by Rama I and is the national treasure of Thailand. Although the Grand Palace is no longer inhabited by royal family members, it is still an important national symbol and undertakes the function of holding royal ceremonies. It is 66 cm high and 48 cm wide, symbolizing Thailand's national treasure. You need to take off your shoes when entering the Main Hall for worship, and there will be special guidance.
