Breakfast buffet, nice atmosphere

#GetDiscountNotRelyingOnLuck I had the opportunity to stay at The Continent Hotel, so I would like to tell you about the breakfast buffet held at the restaurant on the 35th floor of the hotel. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I saw the entrance to the restaurant. This place is beautifully decorated. The surrounding area is made of glass, allowing you to fully enjoy the view of Bangkok from a high angle. Of course, the most popular spot is the seat next to the glass. You can enjoy your breakfast without rushing and look at the buildings in the Asoke-Sukhumvit area in the distance. It's really chill. *****-Breakfast Buffet-**** ➡️ Bread & Pastries ➡️ Cheese – They use good quality and delicious cheese. From what I saw, they are semi-hard to hard. I like it. ➡️ Egg dishes – You can order fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and Omelette, which are loaded with ingredients and are quite delicious. I also saw Poached eggs on bread with a little paprika powder sprinkled on top to enhance the flavor and prevent it from being bland. It's quite a good idea. ➡️ Thai food – I think the menu will change regularly. We tried stir-fried tofu. With stir-fried fish with Chinese kale, the taste is quite good. The green curry is rich and has a beautiful oily texture. When I tasted it, I thought to myself that even though it is an Italian restaurant, the Thai food is also quite good. ➡️ Rice porridge – This is something that I really like because even though the dining room is small enough to have to put rice porridge in small bowls along the windowsill, there are many choices, from salted eggs that are selected only as yolks, pickled vegetables, stir-fried pickled turnips with eggs, good quality Chinese sausage (meaty) that is fried until dry and not oily...etc. As for the rice porridge, even though it does not use new rice that is cooked until it is rubbery like in rice porridge shops, it is soft jasmine rice that is stewed until it is soft and the rice grains and water do not separate. It is great. ➡️ Various hams ➡️ Salad – A fairly wide variety of vegetables We like their Thousand Island dressing. ➡️ Fruits and fruit salad – They have typical Thai fruits like papaya, pineapple, dragon fruit. But what I like is the fruit salad which has various fruits cut into cubes and put in small cups ready to be scooped. It is a refreshing way to end the meal. ...Coffee and tea are served by staffs at the tables.
