Visit the Maha-Ut style Ubosot from the reign of King Chairachathirat

🏡Wat Bang Sakae Nok was built during the Ayutthaya period (King Chairachathirat) around 1534–1547 AD. It later became abandoned until a wandering monk arrived, and the villagers invited him to stay and restore the temple. The ruins were excavated and restored, and the construction was completed in 1834 during the reign of King Rama III. The important and interesting features within the temple are as follows: 🏠The Ubosot is of the Maha-Ut style, with only one entrance at the front. It features early Ayutthaya architecture and has boundary markers from the reign of King Chairachathirat. The structure is low and compact. Inside the Ubosot, behind the principal Buddha image, there is a mural of Phra Chai (Buddha opening the world).
