Gastronomy of Lanna in the heart of Bangkok

North is a Northern Thai restaurant located in Soi Sukhumvit 33. The restaurant is a green wooden house with a serene atmosphere. If you drive, there is parking available behind the restaurant. The interior is beautifully decorated with Lanna-style art. We had the lunch set for 2 people at 1990฿ net, which includes 7 dishes and 2 drinks. We chose lychee juice and pineapple juice. Northern Appetizer: Perfect for sharing between 2 people, it includes pork cracklings, fried pork, Northern Thai sausage, green chili dip, and various boiled vegetables. Fern Salad with Fresh Shrimp and Minced Pork: The taste is just right, with large, sweet shrimp. Kurobuta Pork Chashu Khao Soi and A5 Wagyu Beef Khao Soi: The broth is the same, but the toppings differ. The flavor is rich, and the portions are very generous. Rice with Hung Lay Curry and Creamy Egg: You can choose between beef or pork, both priced the same. The portion is very large, and we couldn't finish it, so we took it home. Thai Melon and Coconut Dessert: Served in a cute small cup, it has a fragrant melon aroma and a perfectly sweet taste. Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream: It tastes like regular chocolate ice cream with a creamy avocado twist. The presentation is beautiful and outstanding.
