#Bangkok Attractions Although Wat Nok in Bangkok is small in scale, it seems to have opened a sacred door to Thai Buddhist culture. As soon as you push open the temple gate, what comes into view is rows of wind chimes with endless ringing sounds, coupled with the flickering light and shadows refracted by the sun, creating a quiet and peaceful Buddhist atmosphere. In the center of the temple stands a magnificent golden pagoda, with an exquisite canopy and umbrella decorated on top, sparkling in the sunlight. It is surrounded by exquisitely carved temple buildings, and the exterior adopts a traditional bracket-arch design, as if traveling through time and space back to the prosperous scenes of the ancient Thai dynasty. There is a square in front of the pagoda, with a huge Buddha sculpture standing in the center and rows of exquisite and unique small Buddha statues arranged around it, which makes people worship devoutly. The aroma of incense sticks and the sound of Sanskrit chanting filled the temple. After our devout worship, we seemed to have achieved spiritual purification and sublimation, and became one with the unique sacred atmosphere of Buddhist culture.
