Fah Pla Tan, a newly opened restaurant at Emsphere

#WinterTravel 📍 Fah Pla Tan at Emsphere is on the first floor. 🍜 A restaurant in the iberry group. The shop is not very big. It feels like an air-conditioned noodle shop. There were a lot of people. We came at around 2 pm and waited in line for 2 people. We could order our food and wait. Personally, I don't think we had to wait too long. However, the 2 tables after us were so noisy that it was scary. It ruined the atmosphere of the shop. This shop mainly focuses on fish and noodles. We ordered #Fried Tofu 169.- This is delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce is sweet and salty. The taste is very unique. I recommend it. 😋 #Chrysanthemum Tea. The specialty is that they use honey instead of syrup. Delicious. 😋 #Yen Ta Fo Soup, Big Noodles 199.- This one has fish coated in flour and fried. The fish balls are bouncy. The taste is well-rounded. No need to add seasoning. But it's a bit too oily. When you eat the last bite, it feels greasy. #Fresh Fish Noodles with Fish Balls 199.- There are large pieces of fresh fish, fried fish, various fish balls, and the noodles are a bit small.
