Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen

Wat Pak Nam is located on the banks of Khlong Luang or Khlong Bangkok Yai, which was the original Chao Phraya River before a canal was dug in front of Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchaworamahawihan and became the current Chao Phraya River. Since the temple is located at the mouth of Khlong Dan, which separated from Khlong Bang Luang, the temple's name was called Wat Pak Nam according to the sub-district where it is located.
