Another Isan trip that we would like to present is in Udon Thani province. A trip of faith and belief that brought us here, Wang Nakin, Kham Chanod 🙏🏻 At Kham Chanod, there are 3 main highlights for walking to pay homage and ask for blessings, in order along the circular route. ✅ Starting from the “Phra Pu Sri Sutho and Mae Ya Sri Pathumma Shrine”, the Naga King and the Naga Queen, who are the presiding deities and the most sacred objects of Kham Chanod. It is believed that they are the rulers of this land. ✅ Next is the “Giant Fig Tree”, which is hundreds of years old. It is believed to be the treasure of Phra Pu Sri Sutho and Mae Ya Sri Pathumma. ✅ And finally, the “Sacred Well” or “Kham Chanod Well”, which is believed to be the entrance and exit between the underworld and the human world for the Naga. For the sacred objects at Kham Chanod, you can ask for many blessings, especially luck and lucky numbers, which many people have had their wishes granted and won the lottery.
