Free cooking class for 90 mins conducted by the chef for all guest with different dishes everyday; for adult it will be held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and for kids on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. We did our cooking class on Wednesday and the menu is “Pepes ikan” which translated in English: “BBQ Fish wrapped with Banana Leaf” Ingredients: Mahi-mahi Fish 400gr, Lime leave 5gr, Tomato slice 100gr, Bumbu kuning (paste) 100gr, Banana leaf for wrap 200gr. Ingredients for Bumbu kuning (paste) = Turmeric 10gr, Garlic 40gr, Shallot 10gr, Candlenut 10gr, Coriander seed 5gr Salt & pepper 5gr, Oil 4tbsp, & Chilli 3-4pcs (if you want spicy), all ingredients mix together and fried 🤣😋
