A whimsical childlike cafe in Kuta

#cityplaybook During my recent trip to Kuta, I found myself seeking a tranquil spot to unwind, and that's when I discovered Chill Coffee Bar nestled in the heart of Legian. The ambiance was immediately inviting—minimalist decor with a window to look through onto the streets of walking pedestrians. I ordered a flat white and found myself a seat near the window where I could watch the world go by. Despite being of a single shot, the coffee was strong enough for an after-meal complement. One thing on menu that I was curious to try was their Avocado Coffee, priced at Rp. 45,000, but sadly it was “kosong” which meant “sold out” in Indonesian. Some people complained about the additional 3% service charge. C’mon, many other cafes in Kuta incur extra 16% fees and taxes. P/S: there is no restroom inside or near the cafe 🫠
