Europe's Most Beautiful Town - Hallstatt.

Hallstatt: This lakeside town, so beautiful that it has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a must-visit destination for many travelers to Austria. On my first self-guided trip to Austria, I certainly couldn't miss this place! In ancient terms, 'Hall' refers to salt, and 'Statt' means town in German. The mountains here house the world's oldest salt mines, which have contributed to the town's development and prosperity. Due to its unique terrain, the town has a linear layout and has retained its very original scenery with minimal development. This attracts a large number of tourists daily, making it Austria's most famous tourist spot. If you have the chance, you must come and see it for yourself!
