Guam is smaller than I thought, so it was really convenient to travel without a rental car! I used a taxi between the airport and the hotel (about $30~34 including tip), and a shuttle bus between the hotel and the shopping mall (about $7 one way). The driving tour included a hotel pick-up service, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.
