Ramen with many branches in Europe

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Wagamama is a chain restaurant originating from England. It currently has branches all over Europe and has expanded to America. The concept of the restaurant is inspired by Asian food, with a focus on Japanese food, but there are also some Thai and Korean dishes scattered here and there. I must say that none of the dishes taste like the original recipe, but rather are prepared according to the restaurant's own interpretation, which should suit the tastes of its main customer group, the native Westerners. This is an experience that allows you to try the same dishes in a different way. 📌 Location In Amsterdam, there are 3 Wagamama branches. The one we went to was the Rembrandtplein branch, which is not far from the Bloemenmarkt flower market. It is a restaurant decorated in a chic, modern style and is very large and spacious. It is very comfortable to sit in. The menu we ordered is as follows: ➡️ Chilli Chicken Ramen – The soup has a mild flavor. The fresh chili is not spicy, but I like the full range of ingredients. The chicken is pure meat, big pieces. Use good quality Japanese leeks, slice shallots, and float a slice of fresh lime on top. Plenty of bean sprouts. ➡️ Seafood Ramen – This bowl has fried shrimp, large pieces of fried fish, and various vegetables. The soup is as mild as the first one, but maybe because there are seafood in it, it tastes more flavorful. ➡️ Duck Gyoza – This dish is delicious and satisfying. The fried gyoza dough is crispy, the duck filling is soft and fragrant, and the taste is just right. The sauce is rich and authentic. I like it. #TravelEurope #TravelNetherlands
