One evening I grabbed a tray of Red Prawn and XO—both hit the sweet-juicy notes I crave—then treated myself to a fresh coconut. #celebrateit This place is a famous place for roast meat like charsiu or siuyok. But what made me fell in love was their beef noodles and soup dumplings. First, the beef noodles comes almost always with GENEROUS portion of meat, which includes both meat and tendon (usually more expensive) at RM12? The sauce was so rich and flavorful that every bite of noodles was enjoyable. But they only served it on Wed and weekends. The soup dumplings are available whole week around. First it’s well-seasoned, huge PLUS there’s a full prawn (though small one) in each of them. What’s more is that the soup is no ordinary soup but cooked with a lot of dried squid. If possible, I would suggest the new parents to expose their kid with Lego and get them enjoy the real fun!

It is a healing space surrounded by plants. There are big and small cats, and seeing them sleeping comfortably was very healing. I wanted to eat ice cream, but they said they couldn't serve it, so I ordered lemonade. The taste was delicious, of course, but the size was large and it was a great deal! I drink quickly and finish it in no time, so I will definitely return just because of the large amount 🥺 The store is quiet and perfect for working! #newyearnewtrip A week before 2024 ended, we held a short family vacation at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur as the price was reasonable, given it was a 5 star hotel located near the heart of Petaling Jaya. The hotel is within walking distance (uncovered walkway) to Phileo Damansara MRT which connects directly to One Utama Shopping Mall. While the hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, some may feel a bit dated in terms of decor. However, the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations make up for it. The breakfast spread was reasonable, offering a variety of options that provide great value for the price. Service during breakfast is particularly noteworthy, with staff providing attentive and friendly service. Overall, Eastin Hotel strikes a good balance between affordability, comfort, and service, making it a solid choice for both short and extended stays.
