Sashimi, raw fish salad, pancake, spicy fish stew, rice cake - Min-eo-hoe course meal for 2 people 100,000 won Min-eo-hoe, which is in season in summer, was my first time eating it, and I was a little scared because most of the reviews said it was greasy, but when I actually ate it, it was more mild than greasy, and compared to salmon, it was a pity that it was greasy!! If you eat it with Yeongranhoe House's seasoning sauce, the seasoning flavor mixes and it's not greasy at all! I chewed the Min-eo-hoe, but it was somewhere between chewy and soft?
