This hotel has a good location, the front desk staff is friendly, and two elevators in the hotel are not working and need to be detoured. The room was large but the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. It is recommended to live in upper floor rooms as the lower floors are a bit noisy at night.

Honestly I didn’t think I was going to love this hotel as much as I did! The amenities were great! They recently opened their “Go Pool” beach club which was honestly our favorite part of the hotel. Great restaurants and excellent location. Not to mention really nice and clean rooms

We love every bits in this hotel reason i give a 4 in facilities is for not having any coffee/tea machine/kettle in the room else it would have been a perfect stay for us. Nonetheless the hotel was marvelous and our stay here was fantastic. WELL DONE Bellagio staffs for a homey & friendly athmosphere, it was a great experienced!!! Two thumbs up Bellagio👍👍✌️💖❤️🫶🥰

It is an iconic hotel. Stayed at the Versailles tower and it was very new and clean. Facing the Bellagio and located at the center of the strip. Take note that check in is very hectic during peak hours. But Ricky at the front desk was amazing for me. Stayed for 2 nights. After the first night we left the room at 12pm and called for housekeeping to clean the room before going out but they did not do so, disappointing! And the next day they knocked on our doors to ask if housekeeping was required when we were checking out. That’s pretty poor service in my book. I wouldn’t visit again and will try other hotels in the strip.

The Casino was amazing. I had good wins at BlackJack. The food court was nice, good food and the atmosphere at the lobby is super solid. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit boring. No amenities or snacks and drinks other than shampoos and towels. But overall, the hotel was very nice and quite close to the strip, though you need to walk further to get to better places.

I love the location, the room is quite nice. The check-in service is friendly. However, we stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. They did gave us extra soaps and shampoo though when the housekeepers were cleaning the other rooms. We asked whether they will clean our room, the housekeeper replied that our room was not on her list.
The casino area is quite nice, but I think may need extra food places, there are few restaurants/food places, but they're selling pretty much the same thing (Cafe, Starbucks, Western food), the only different is Chi Asian (but only opens at night) and McDonalds. Would be great if there is another Asian cuisine or In N Out, or Mexican.
We loved our hotel room. It was clean and spacious. The room with the strip view was well worth it. The distance to the strip was about 25 minutes walking, so that could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!👌👍🫶💖❤️

Auto check in for foreigners didn’t, waited in line for 1/2 hour the redirected to staffed counter and had to wait a further 20 minutes, check in process frustrating.
Rooms were nice and large, make sure you stay on the side of the hotel facing the sphere, mesmerising

RReneesim2017I was downgraded from a Grand 2 Queen bed room to a single studio room at the Studio Tower. I was not informed of the change until after I reached the room. I called reception to request for my room to be changed back to what I booked and was told that there was no more such rooms available. After waiting for more than half a hour for them to find an alternative, I was put in a Grand King room plus a rollaway bed as I was having a cold and did not want to spread my virus to my niece. As far as I am concerned it was still a downgrade as one of us had to sleep on the rollaway bed which was not as comfortable as the proper bed.

SSashaThis is the third time I've stayed here and can never get over it. I love this place and will continue to stay here. It's always affordable and clean. I only wish they'd update some of the rooms, but so far it's been good.

JJessieThe front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.
GGreen_ValleyStaffs are very nice and thanks for cleaning the heavy smell from our room
The cigarette smell was coming from another room through the vent
And thanks for giving one more toy for our kid
Free parking and safe
GGuest UserHad a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the strip, but it was still nice.
GGuest UserAs we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.
