very good experience in this hotel, breakfast is simple but others stuff is good enough to cover it location, kind of receptionist, she allow late check out for us in order to convenient us to store luggage, please take note, even the webpage indicated Free luggage storage, but it's no extra space I the lobby or storeroom for you to store

It's right across the Safeway, has a dollar tree, so you get everything settled. The only thing painful to me are the noise of AC and lack of outlet. I was using a bed that was close to the outlet, but couldn't sleep cuz of the AC. It'll be killing you once it gets really hot.

Kali ini saya melakukan perjalanan self-driving ke Amerika Serikat bagian barat. Saya singgah selama satu malam di Kingman dalam perjalanan dari Taman Nasional Grand Canyon ke Los Angeles. Lokasi hotel bagus, fasilitas sudah tua, tapi kondisi sanitasi bagus. Dekorasi interior toko bertema nostalgia Route 66, dan terdapat banyak mural indah di gedung tersebut.

Booked a room for a couple nights for dental work.  Room was clean but had a funny smell as soon as I opened the door.  Bed, pillows and sheets was clean and comfortable.  The bed could have been placed away from the AC unit.  I love that they have a mini fridge in the room so I can freeze my ice packs and have it nice and cold by the time I get back from the dentist.

TTamuFirst, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

TTamuThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
