what a life saver! the hotel (dalin) i booked closed down and so you can imagine my frustration upon arriving in riyadh at 1am. luckily mira hotel came to the rescue!! great location and super huge rooms!! will definitely stay here again when im back in town
The location is good, but not near the King Center. It is near the Saudi National Museum. We booked three rooms of the same type, but the rooms we stayed in were different. The room on the second floor felt a little old and was renovated. The hot water in the hotel was not enough at night. The temperature was average. And when you take a bath in the bathtub, no matter how careful you are, a lot of water will splash out of the bathtub. It is easy to slip. The window is the kind that opens from the top, not a normal window. No matter what time it is, you can hear someone suddenly chanting. The hotel breakfast ends at 10:30. The variety is average. If you need to clean the room, you need to put a sign and they will see it before they come to clean. The cleanliness of the room is average
Very good. Just a little expensive. The location is also very good. The front desk service attitude is very good. My phone ran out of battery and I didn't bring a charger and cable with me, so I borrowed them for free for one night.
The room size and hygiene are good. Although there were some minor issues, when I arrived at the hotel, they said I had not paid for the room. After contacting Ctrip, they resolved it in time.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, new, and it's on the road of King Fahad and the ruins once sweet, and that's the most important reason I've been booked in, and there's a park underneath the workers who work all out serving you, and he's resettled in this hotel again.
Good hotel and amazing reception, clean and affordable, no issues with it , am taking here about business traveler’s but if you looking for more then you might be not happy as it’s more good for that reason .
First of all, I really loved this place, it has a warm feeling, if you’re alone you will have lots of friends to cheer you up, I made a lot of friends there, and it was soooooo good hostel, clean, quiet, and all of the people there are so friendly, ihsan is the owner of the hostel he is so gentle and always love to help us out, if someone need a place to stay or even to have good friends, this place is suitable for what you need, and it’s not expensive at all~
The room is very big, it must be 40 square meters. And the rooms are very quiet. There is a small supermarket behind the hotel. It's about ten minutes' walk from the Kingdom Center. This walking distance is quite suitable in the hot weather of Riyadh, but it would make you faint if you were far away. The breakfast is pretty good, with a lot of vegetables and fruits, and many other varieties. There are hot milk and eggs suitable for Chinese appetites. UnionPay and Visa can be used at the hotel, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is not enough water in the room, so just ask the room cleaning staff for it. Also, after cleaning the room, ask the staff not to spray air freshener and make you dizzy. The overall feeling is pretty good.

MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMGood and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet.
The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.

HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay.
For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay. I loved the hotel and will continue to visit it whenever I can. I look forward to returning again.

AAsmaskLet’s us start from the beginning of my entrance
The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Continent Al Waha Hotel Riyadh for five days (four nights). The food was a highlight, with a diverse and high-quality menu. However, the room service disappointed as cleaning was only done on the first day, leaving the room unclean for the rest of my stay. Despite this, the facilities were generally satisfactory. A mixed experience, hoping for improved consistency in service.
KKellyThe location is at the end of the kingdom
Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)
JJIACHENGThis hotel is close to the Riyadh airport because there is an old hotel next to the airport. This hotel is still relatively new. The window can be opened. High-rise. Also helped me upgrade to a suite. :) This hotel is really good at Riyadh. This is the third hotel I stayed in for a trip to Riyadh. That's not bad. The other two are too old. There is a certain distance from the King's Building. Sleep quietly. Come out is the high speed mouth. Easy to get to the airport.
BBuningThe room is so clean, luxurious and spacious that you can't believe it's only 6,000 yen. There are more than enough amenities. The employees were very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay.
The floor was cleaned so well that it didn't bother me even if I lay down on it. It was a great experience as there were public restaurants nearby.
What was disappointing was the water area, the toilet seat was missing and the bottom of the bath was dirty. However, it wasn't the type of dirt that would rub off, but it was gouged? It seemed clean.
Overall, it's a good hotel that I would recommend to others, but I would like the toilet seat to be fixed as soon as possible.
LLove Honey holiday & Happy HolidaysWe enjoyed our three nights at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right under the hill of the Alhambra Palace (so it is quite easy to walk to the entrance gate), but on a quiet side street. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants, snack bars and heladerias! The front desk service is definitely five stars - we rely on a very helpful, English-speaking manager to recommend restaurants, book flamenco dances, arrange taxis, etc. The hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely rooftop bar for afternoon tea or wine. Highly recommended!
