The hotel facilities are OK and relatively new. The entrance to the underground parking lot is behind the hotel. There are not many parking spaces and it is charged. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and needs to be driven. The hotel's Wi-Fi access method is more troublesome. Everyone complains that the speed is not fast.

My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

The boss is very warm and the service is good! Breakfast is good. It is a room near the road, too noisy. Passing the car at night affects the rest! There is a large parking lot behind, and you can choose by car. There are 12 roads at the door to go directly to Liberty Square, and the transportation is convenient. It was not a hotel, but rooms by type of apartments, which caused a small confusion. For the same reason , I do not recommend coming before 11 o'clock , as the settlement is from 14 o'clock , and things can be left in the room only after 11 o'clock when the previous resident sits down. Location in the very centre of the New Garden , but it is necessary to take into account what is on a pedestrian street , so the taxi will not be able to get close. Minus for the lack of slippers in the room and bottled drinking water . In the shower everything is kept in a honest word ( cracked sink , twisting dosages for shampoo and soap).

Next to Freedom Square in the center of Novi Sad, St. Mary's Cathedral and the National Theater can be seen from the room and restaurant. The location is invincible. The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value.

You know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The hotel is large, the location is a bit biased, you need to drive, there is no supermarket dining around, the hotel restaurant and breakfast are good, it is worth a holiday and leisure.
