Great stay at the OneFive. Particularly the location and cleanliness are fantastic. Downsides are that the rooms are quite small (though I think this is normal for similar hotels in Japan), and the room had quite a lot of noise from the street, even though it was on the 6th floor.

I like the solo capsule concept however the door does not reach the ceiling so you hear everything from the hallway and nearby capsules. Just like a regular capsule hotel.
The main drawback was the lack of soap provided in the public wash bins. Over several days there was none provided.
Also the lockers and hot tub in the men’s public bath weren’t working during my stay. You also need to exchange your key downstairs to receive a locker key.
Also the WiFi was poor. Frequently disconnected and was slow. I feel like it was better before.
Overall it’s an OK stay. I prefer the solo rooms on a different floor of this hotel.
The hotel has everything you need to meet your needs.. The rooms are clean.
Hotel staff provides instant solutions to any problems you may have.
The hotel's kitchen also has a lot of variety and possibilities.
Very easy in terms of location and transportation.
Thank you.

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way—5/5 across the board. The location couldn’t have been better. The amenities were top-notch. The views from my room were stunning. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable for the level of comfort and service provided. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.
The room is spacious by Japan standards and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, electric kettle, air purifier/humidifier, air-conditioning, and basic amenities. If you opt for daily housekeeping, they’ll replenish items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and body sponges. Towels are changed and trash is cleared daily as well.
The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking or hot water, even at the lobby—so you’ll have to boil water using the kettle provided in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with a Don Quijote and FamilyMart nearby. There’s also a Daiso downstairs, along with plenty of restaurants and a game arcade.
The complimentary breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety. It’s not extravagant but includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as curry rice, udon, pickles, grilled salmon, takoyaki, cold tofu, salads, warabimochi, sausages, chicken rings, fried chicken, cereals, milk, bread rolls with spreads, soft serve ice cream, DIY waffles, fruits, and beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.

I extended my staying in Osaka after my company event and chose this hotel. The location is great if u want to go to the famous location such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Just if u take the express train to airport from Namba, it’s actually not that close as I expected.
The room is small but because I m just going by myself, I m good with the size. The space can only allow u to open one luggage I think.
Cleanliness is overall ok.

- Service was good, Facility was ok, reasonable to the price, everything looked the same as advertised in the picture.
- Toilet in each floor was a bit unclean during the late night, probably because of heavy used from everyone in the floor, but not horrible.
- I specifically like this type of room, it’s giving a vibe of very local Japanese apartment, every bedroom amenities seem very hygienic and clean, including bedsheet, bathrobe, and blankets.

Really a great place to stay. Very cheap, about 2 minutes walk from exit 9 of the Dobutsuen Mae station, there's a Lawson across the road for food. Nothing provided with room, just a bed so it's basic but for the price that is fine. I stayed an extra 3 nights over what I had booked. Would recommend and would stay there again if back in Osaka

The room was very large and clean! The environment was excellent, with two air conditioners, a washing machine, refrigerator, and stove. It was very convenient for grilling Wagyu beef, and the bed was large. The landlord sent you the room number and password in advance, which you can find in your email and on Ctrip. It's also close to the subway station, and there are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

The access from the station and the services were all good. It is convenient because there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost.
While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park.
The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!
AAntonVery nice hotel. We lived in the room Premie, very clean and cozy. Location is quite convenient, close to metro and shops, main streets and routes.
Moments for improvement is quality of the staff service. The staff of the hotel is cute, but they don't go further than 4- stars hotel. They don't demonstrate extra service and extra willing to help the guests. I mean that your hotel might be much more greater thanks for a little improvement.
Nevertheless would recommend this hotel and would stay here once again.

Amazing
GGuest UserExcellent service and amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool very much, then nice dry/ wet steaming and sauna. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The room is spacious, high floor with a panoramic city view, wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful, very impressed. In short, highly recommended.
PPassaraThe location of the hotel is near the main street and not far from Lawson and 7-11. Also, the services are great. The prices are reasonable. There are free drinks in the morning, you can choose the apple juice or tea, you also can take the bakery down stair with you 1-2 pieces/per person in each day.
GGuest UserThis hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags.
The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key.
Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food.
One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.
Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services.

PPYHRI had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable even though the room size can be abit small. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and overall, I enjoyed the experience. Would consider staying here again!
EeugeneleeStrategic location within a 10mins walk to Shinsaibashi. There is a 24/7 Aeon Food Style located right next to the hotel , which is very convenient for grabbing supper or an early breakfast. It’s also just a 1min walk to Yotsubashi subway station.
The TV in the room can be connected to phone for screen mirroring, can also use it to check the status of laundry. The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor, along with a vending machine and a microwave.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for 2 reasons:
1. Near Rinku Premium Outlet for last minute shopping
2. Near Kansai International Airport for the early morning flight back home
Overall, the location is good. There is a halal shop selling spices and some Indian food at the train station. The room is spacious, clean and has a mini living room. Even took the shuttle bus to airport the next day! Definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!
JJeanK.It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room (Queen + 2 Single Beds) as we have a young adult child. Room has washing machine cum dryer which was very convenient for us.
Toilet has a main door that leads to separate WC and shower area, both with doors. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided.
The hotel has choice of limited housekeeping or full housekeeping but the catch is, you have to indicate before 11am.
The hotel has a dark theme which is cool but will appreciate if the rooms have brighter lights or even dimmer so we can choose the intensity of the brightness required.
Even the toilet is dim warm white, unable to put on makeup properly.
There’s pool table on the second floor for some fun family time. Note that Accor members are unable to clock in nights if they book via Trip.com
