It was a wonderful hotel.
Not only the rooms, but also the spa and dining area. I regret that we couldn't explore everything because it was raining.
The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no staff there to wait for the spa return card or to greet other customers who had come to the spa, but even during those times it was a space where we could spend without feeling irritated.
There were no other issues that were of particular concern.
The spa is also by reservation only, so there were not many people and we were able to relax.
Above all, the room was simply wonderful and the breakfast was even more delicious than I expected, with carefully selected ingredients and seasonings that made the most of the ingredients. The view from the dining area was also amazing, and above all, we could hear the birds chirping and enjoy a wonderful breakfast.
1. It may be because the hotel is old and the room smells musty.
2. The service staff enthusiastically introduced the attractions near the hotel.
3. The hot spring facilities are novel.
4. If you exit from the station front, you must take a detour to reach the hotel.
This hotel was a surprise! The heavy rain disrupted the hiking plan. Many people came to the hotel before the check-in time. They just wanted to store their backpacks and figure out another way. As a result, the enthusiastic handsome guy at the front desk took the initiative to check in early. I was able to take a hot shower to avoid catching a cold. It was really great. He was very helpful and even took the initiative to bring out a lot of travel information and umbrellas... very good! Speaking of hardware, it's an American-style hotel. It's new. The design and bedding are very good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is much wider than the average Japanese-style hotel. There is a self-service tea room and restaurant on the first floor. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is no problem. The location is right in front of the JR station, which requires a short detour, but there are many shopping restaurants around. Backpackers can buy drinks and cooked food from the local supermarket, heat them up, and sit in the lobby to enjoy them. The price/performance ratio is very high. Remember to clean up and keep clean. I have traveled to Japan many times. This kind of hotel is actually quite suitable for foreigners. Except for the lack of a big bathroom, it has all the advantages. I recommend staying here.
The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was delicious!
It's adjacent to a commercial facility and there's a convenience store right in front, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat 🍚
It's also close to the station, so I'd like to stay here again next time!
The space is comfortable. The toiletries are great. The room is clean. Japan is almost all yellow light, so the light can be adjusted to yellow and white light. The staff is friendly. It is very convenient just opposite the station. All the notes are taken care of.
This is the second time I have stayed at VISON since the end of last year. Last year we stayed at HATAGO, but HONZO-SPA was very good and they have a new sauna, so we used the HOTEL on this trip. There is a bathroom on the terrace of the room, but we did not plan to use it. It gives you some privacy, but personally I would prefer a lower tree than the terrace to have a view. The hotel breakfast buffet was good enough and the overall impression was very good.
Very good, clean, the shuttle bus is also very convenient, departing from Toba Station every half an hour, the hotel also has cheesecake and tea as a welcome gift, a happy journey.
The rooms are clean and you can stay there without any problems.
There is no automatic lock, so please be careful when locking your room.
The futons are on the thin side, so people's preferences may vary.
The large communal bath allows you to stretch your legs and relieve the fatigue of work.
The location is very good, right across from the station, the room has separate air conditioning, the room bathroom is very clean! The hotel has a hot spring and ice cream provided. The hotel also provides some picture cards, such as borrowed needle and thread, for the convenience of travelers who do not understand Japanese, warm service, convenient to the outer palace of Ise Jingu, all staff are very friendly, very happy to help! Looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time.
I chose this place on the way to Ise Road. The traffic is a bit inconvenient. Xiaoyun takes the fork road and needs to take a taxi to the rest station. Or make an appointment with the hotel in advance. There is a shuttle service to the Xingong. The room is good. It has its own restaurant. You can eat delicious food without ordering. The local chicken is very good, the service is very careful and serious, the large bathroom in the canyon is also very comfortable, clean and tidy, the next day, it is convenient to go to the wind and clouds, the hotel is very cost-effective, and it is worth choosing to have the opportunity to play here.

KKennyDuring my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.
One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.
In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.
GGuest UserThe food was delicious and although it was a quiet town, I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
Ccotton_fromokinawaIt was a very beautiful room with good cleaning.
I stayed in a family type room with two people, so I was satisfied with the size! Even if I spread a large suitcase 2, it didn't get in the way at all ◎
There is no room key, unlock it with the password given at the front desk and enter the room.
It was comfortable not to carry a key card on purpose ♩
There was a mini kitchen and cooking utensils and tableware, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer ・: * +.
There are not many rice shops in the neighborhood and it closes quickly, so I think it's good to buy ingredients at the supermarket and cook for yourself before going to Ise City.
GGuest UserAn old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet.
GGuest UserI have two feelings about this stay.
1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival.
2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.
GGuest UserAmazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.
GGuest UserFor the price, EN Hotel is a decent stay. The room is clean, they offer free coffee, tea, and personal care products at the lobby. Location wise, it's nice. There's a convenience store nearby and the outer Ise Jingu is a short drive. (The main shrine is about 20 minutes by car). Service is standard.
The room is economically sized. The public spaces smell a bit like tobacco. The WiFi is not very good (don't use it if you're trying to do something important).
Sorry, no onsen on property.
GGuest UserThe staff was excellent, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was great... they even had udon. In the evening we were able to sit downstairs and have coffee and chocolate.
GGuest UserI wanted to go to a ryokan, but this was the closest place I found. I changed trains from Nagoya Station and arrived at Yunoyama Onsen Station, which is very rural. The area in front of the station was like a closed-down ruin with not a single store. I bought a drink from a vending machine and went to the ryokan. I called and it took about 10 minutes for the car to arrive. The ryokan facilities were rated 6.5 out of 10. It was a bit old. I paid 5,500 yen more for a private ryokan and it was good. The large public bath was nice because it had an open-air bath, and the water was very good. It was slippery. I requested dinner, but I was able to order draft beer and the meal was pleasant. Is there nothing to eat?? Breakfast is a buffet, kind of like home-cooked food. Most people are Japanese, and there are mountains nearby. I saw a few people riding the cable car and wearing hiking clothes. The neighborhood was almost dead, so I didn't go around. It's at the top of the mountain, so the water is clear and the air is good.
