My stay was great and comfortable. WiFi, AC, hot showers, and facilities worked well. The bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful from the lobby. 10 mins away to the city centre by scooter, which was fine

The location in the city center is very strategic, the housekeeping concierge service and restaurant are very good, unfortunately the front desk staff are rigid with rules and cold, have no passion or are not sincere in serving with their hearts.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
