Very nice castle experience and you will get the chance to go to the top to see a spectacular view. The dinner and breakfast is super delicious and worth of money. Staff are friendly and professional!

Overall, it was clean, but there was some noise during the day because the first floor was under construction. It was a little disappointing that there was no coffee pot. It was nice that there were several shopping malls and fast food restaurants within a 500m radius, so I could get a quick meal.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

This is a small town, we stayed here on the way to Madrid by car, this is the best hotel in the local area, fully equipped, beautiful environment, friendly staff, free parking in the yard, the price is very suitable. Because it is a small town, the occupancy rate of the hotel is very low. Surrounded by parks and residential areas, supermarkets and eating prices are also affordable, but the health situation is general, the hotel elevator has a strange smell, and there are flies in the place to eat outside. Wake up in the morning, there were three flies in the house, and I don't know how to come in.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

BBeatrizTHThe room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed.

GGuest UserIt is being renovated. The new rooms are OK, but the old ones are a bit old (it depends on personal preference). The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is recommended to stay on the 3rd floor and above. There is a public parking lot next door, and the hotel has a discount for the parking lot.

GGuest UserGo through the narrow alley to the hotel entrance, go to the front desk to ask how to park, the hotel uncle came out to open the garage door, the hotel actually has its own underground garage! Under the command of the uncle, Mr. parked the car. The hotel is very close to the main church. In addition, after returning to the hotel, I found that there is a terrace on the third floor of the hotel. Toledo under the sunset is particularly beautiful, so don't miss it.

CchiwaiLove this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.
