On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her.
We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us.
Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

Заселили нас моментально, без лишних задержек. В номере идеальная чистота, всё свежее и аккуратное. Для короткой поездки — вариант просто супер. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better.

Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if people had been smoking there for a long time. I couldn’t sleep at all because when I lay down on the bed, the cigarette smell was very strong. I ended up with a headache, and my nose even started to hurt. There was also an additional unpleasant smell besides the cigarette smoke.
Because of this, I would not recommend this place. Also, they charged a 100 yuan deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing.

The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared.

PPiaoyun昨天醉酒，到單位對面的酒店開鐘點房休息，休息是為了更好的工作，睡了一個上午之後，下午滿血復活，又可以好好乾工作了。

TTamuWe had such a nice stay! The landscape is beautiful and super relaxing. The yurt was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we need. Definitely recommend getting one with windows. It’s amazing to just sit and watch the clouds and animals pass by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even provided us with bikes, so we could take a short ride around the area, which was a fun way to explore the area. For dinner, we definitely recommend the fried beef with rice – it was super tasty!

整體基礎設施至少是20年前的，比較老舊。有浴缸，花灑、乾濕分離衞生間，有體重秤，亞都品牌加濕器（未使用，裏面沒有水）、中央空調、保險櫃，迷你冰箱，文具都很齊全

TTamuWe went there to stargaze but that didn't work out cuz the sky was cloudy, and filled with smoke from all the fireworks we and everyone else were launching. I thought I would be disappointed not being able to see the stars and milky way on a new moon but my kids and I had a blast launching celebration balls and other colorful fireworks, and dancing with the locals around a bonfire. Super festive place! And, there's horse-riding nearby.
If you do come here for stargazing, the hotels in this area make it too bright for stargazing unless you have a car to drive further to deserted and unlit places.
