Hotel Dengan Wifi di Daerah Ibu Kota Brussel, Belgia

Saya membuat reservasi untuk orang lain. Tidak ada kamar yang tersedia di pusat kota sehari sebelum saya check in, jadi saya harus memesan di sini. Menurut para tamu, hotelnya lumayan, nyaman untuk bepergian, dan air pancuran sangat bagus. Cukup untuk menginap satu malam. Saya tidak memesannya. Sarapan biaya RMB 900 ditambah pajak per malam. Harga meningkat pesat di Eropa

Tempat yang tepat untuk menginap semalam di jantung kota, harga terjangkau. Kebersihannya bisa ditingkatkan, tapi tempatnya tenang, gelap, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Ada pekerjaan konstruksi di sebelahnya, tapi itu tidak terlalu memengaruhi kami. Timnya sangat membantu. Satu-satunya yang saya sesalkan adalah harus membayar €5 untuk penyimpanan bagasi setelah menginap beberapa jam di sana, tapi menurut saya hotelnya cukup murah. Lokasi tempat makan tepat di sebelahnya (My Tannour - Wolf) fantastis!

We were very happy to visit this hotel with my girlfriend. Very friendly stuff, baggage storage and facilities. We had all that was written. ❤️

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

• The Japanese staff at reception was great—very helpful and friendly. • Room was clean with standard amenities, but no toiletries (e.g., toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds). • No bottled drinking water provided. • Location is close to the metro. • Surrounding area felt a bit unsafe—unfriendly neighbors, dirty streets with a lot of trash and bad smells.

A beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff who went out of there way to please. We forgot a travel adapter and they found one for us to borrow and insisted on not going out to purchase one. They stored our bags for us whilst we went out for the day on check out day. Room was spacious and had double doors so kept it really quiet. Great bathroom facilities and comfy bed. (Could of just done with extra pillows but to be fair we didn't ask) Couldn't recommend enough
