Friendly and approachable receptionists and very knowledgeable about places for tourists to visit. Can communicate well with guests. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at the 25 hours hotel - can absolutely recommend staying there! Staff super friendly and efficient - fast check in. Room clean, nice size, and quiet. Great breakfast selection and very friendly service staff. Would stay there again!

Very good stay with a strong welcome despite a computer problem. Complimentary drink offered at bar while reception got things working again - exemplary service from a switched-on crew. Rooms here always a pleasure. Pity that tea and coffee facilities are reserved for XL rooms. Free minibar a bonus though!

Hotel moderno, um pouco distante do centro, porem com fácil acesso a transporte público. Também disponibilidade de estacionamento pago caso necessário. Disponibilidade de carro de aluguel mediante agendamento para ate 4 horas de uso. Excelente cafe da manhã.

Bunk bed room was much bigger than shown in the pictures and the bed was huge! Lovely big bathroom with rain shower - all enclosed too which was good for privacy. We really enjoyed the free table tennis and the rooftop area was nice for relaxing in the evenings. If we came again we would definitely use the free bikes - just ran out of time on this trip.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was hot as couldn’t reduce temperature to cool room. No fans. No cover sheet, just a big heavy piece filled with a giant down pillow thing which made you very hot! Terrible lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh breads, rolls, yogurt, fruit, meats snd cheeses anything you could want! Dinner menu was Italian and very good, had great salads, very fresh. Pizza was great! Outside patio very nice.

Nice hotel. Rooms are good and stylish. All necessary stuff is in the room. About 30 min walk from historical center. A grocery store a minute away, just around the corner. Very calm and quiet area.

Great 5 night stay - our first time in Zurich and the room felt like home! We did have to request basics like milk / sugar / coffee for the room, but other than that - really lovely place and we will be returning.
