lokasinya bagus, kamarnya kecil untuk 3 orang dewasa dalam 1 kamar. ni ketel, kulkas disediakan di kamar, jika kamu butuh air panas, pergilah ke dapur mereka untuk mengambilnya. staf baik dan ramah. dekat dengan restoran makanan halal. mudah untuk bergerak karena hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun trem.

Proteksi petir! ! Karena kesalahan staf, saya sudah membayar ketika saya memesan kamar secara online. Ketika saya check in, mereka memberi tahu saya bahwa saya belum membayar dan meminta saya untuk membayar lagi. Hotel memotong lebih banyak uang dari saya dan belum mengembalikannya ke Saya. Profesionalisme staf sangat buruk. Saya harap Anda tidak akan memesan hotel ini lagi! ! ! Sangat buruk! Karena kesalahan petugas, saya sudah membayar biayanya ketika saya memesan kamar secara online, tetapi ketika saya check in, saya mengatakan bahwa saya belum membayar biayanya, jadi saya diminta membayar lagi, dan pihak hotel menagih berlebihan kepada saya. dan menunda pengembalian dana Staf profesional sangat buruk, saya harap orang tidak akan memesan hotel ini lagi! !

Pencurian dari rumah tangga! Menginap €100 berubah menjadi menginap €250. Saya berada di Ibis Budget Zurich West dari 1 Februari hingga 2 Februari 2023 dan saya benar-benar harus mengatakan bahwa ini adalah hotel horor. Ada rambut orang aneh di tempat tidur. Begitu Anda membuka pintu toilet, baunya sangat mirip pesing. Teman-teman, saya check in ke The Flag setelahnya dan dengan beberapa euro lebih Anda benar-benar mendapatkan sesuatu. Hindari Anggaran Ibis. Untuk harga ini Anda bisa mendapatkan sesuatu yang jauh lebih baik di Zurich. Peralatannya jelek, bau dan kotor. Anda harus mendisinfeksi semuanya terlebih dahulu. Saya lupa sweter €150 saya di tempat tidur dan setelah banyak email saya diberitahu bahwa baik rumah tangga maupun layanan binatu tidak dapat menemukannya. Bagi saya masalahnya jelas: wanita yang membersihkan kamar mencurinya dan hal seperti itu harus dimintai pertanggungjawaban. Pada tanggal 2 Februari 2023, saya check out dari kamar 208 sesaat sebelum pukul 11.00 dan petugas yang membersihkan kamar ini mengambil sweter tersebut. Perilaku antisosial!

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik. Ini memiliki perhentian kereta kurang dari 2 menit berjalan kaki. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan stafnya sangat ramah. Mereka membuat check-in sangat mudah.

Hotel is a little far from the train station. The room is a little too small for 3 person. It is a very budget hotel. Not for large size families.

The toilet is the same from school toilet, terrible  twin bed is really small 

As it is on the name, this a quite the budget hotel, amentity wise toilet paper, all in one body wash and a tv. The bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was not so much noise in the room. There are three hotels in the big building and there are two hotel of the same name, so dont get confused, the tram 4 is directly in front of the hotel, so after 10 min ride, you are in the city center.

Clean and safe room although a bit smallish it’s worth the budget. Stayed in ibis a few years back. Still ibis do not disappoint. Next time will get proper ibis with all the amenities since we are traveling as a family. Ibis budget is good enough for adults. We would like to have a small fridge and a kettle as basic.

Good location, and it is clean; the facilities were fine, enough for Swiss. Good and value for monies

Customer service was great, location is not the best but for its price it's good, very simple room that does the job, and no facilities. Gotta mention that there is another fancier Ibis on the same block and the map sent us there.

Easy to get to and fro airport. Eficient check-in /out. Room is clean . In room WiFi works and TV is connected to YouTube. As expected amenities like toiletries, bedroom slippers, beverage and kettle aren't present in the room. However, there is hot water and microwave at dining area located on Level 1. Coop, Migros and eateries are within walking distance. Hotel is stone throw away fom Limmat River. Pathway along river great for avid runners, Reasonablely priced and a fuss free hotel for short business trip.

They have all you need, even microwave and kettle located in the restaurant for customer to use.

Too far from train station, you need to take tram to get there

Location is near airport, and the Train HB, tram station is just right at the corner. Room is clean and tidy❣️ reception is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again !
