Good location, convenient transportation, not noisy. Rich breakfast, clean room, warm and thoughtful service from Xiao Li at the front desk, a very good stay experience. The shower water pressure is very strong, very refreshing.

The couple came with their baby. The front desk lady was warm and considerate. The room was fully equipped, the bedding was clean and tidy, and very comfortable. We also used the hotel's self-service washing machine and dryer at night, which was very convenient. I will definitely choose Vienna International Hotel next time I come to Shuibei.

I went to Shenzhen with my dad and wanted to go to Shuibei on the way, so I booked this Vienna Hotel. The front desk service was enthusiastic. Xiao Ou, the front desk staff, saw that we had elderly people and helped us upgrade the room. The room was spacious, clean and warm. The breakfast was richer than other hotels of the same price. We were given a late check-out, so we didn't have to carry the luggage when shopping. I will stay here again next time.

Second: Although this branch is new but not advanced the best is the toilet TV with projection is completely useless can not watch Emerald TV other Vienna branches are not so perfect but all very satisfied Honestly although you said you upgraded to send breakfast shop first thank you but if the room is like this you'd better not give me any preferential treatment let me stay in so many hotels never tried to take a fan to blow, compare your heart to you as a guest you will it be accepted The money is still collected. If you don't do it right, you can't get a discount even if you don't do it right. Everyone see the picture has proof.
