Otel güzel kaliteli fakat girişte vale sıkıntı kendi arabamı kendim çektim kendim aldım . Otelin spa bölümü çok kötü havuz soğuk , karşılayan personeller yetersiz , Masaj çok başarırız . bu kadar para verip bu kadar kötü Bali masajı yaptırmamıştım The hotel is nice and high quality, but there was a problem with the valet at the entrance. I towed my own car and bought it myself. The spa section of the hotel is very bad, the pool is cold, the welcoming staff is insufficient, the massage is very good. I've never paid this much money and had such a bad Balinese massage.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

普通酒店，感覺一般。設施感覺比較舊，房間比較小，服務員很貼心，位置很好，服務不錯，早餐比較少。

Divan Otel; konum, temizlik, imkanlar ve personelin hizmet anlayışı olarak yüksek seviyede. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The Divan is a very comfortable and professionally run hotel in Ankara. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, with all the facilities that you would expect in a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is very extensive (open 6.30AM to 10.30AM). The only down-side is the hotels location, a ten to fifteen inute taxi ride away from the city centre, but is located within a very quiet residential area. There is a nice swimming pool and hamam in the hotel, but unfortunately we did not have the time to use it on this occasion. We would certainly stay at the Divan Hotel again, when next in Ankara !

The facilities such as spa and lobby etc are great! The location is too far away from the city centre. But the area is quite nice. There is a restaurant about 5 minutes from the hotel called Adana is brilliant they have the best grill ! The young bellboy is a very nice person, very helpful and pleasant! Sadly we forgot his name. But to give a clue that he worked the night shift during our stay during 19th and 20th December 2023 evenings.
