The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious local specialties, and it was served until 12 PM 👍. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also provided. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully offered seasonal floral tea to take away. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel and they immediately replied that they would take my suggestions into consideration. Highly recommended."

"Really nice and spacious room, only a few meters away from the Railway station. The hotel staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The room itself was clean and spacious. We stayed here for a couple of nights but it is certainly a good property if one wishes to stay for a few days and explore Zunyi and historical sites. It's only a 10-15 minute ride away from the old town. Highly recommended."

"The owner really has no idea how to run a business. I stayed here once before and was woken up at 2 AM by a huge noise, like a rat. I called the front desk, and the owner came up and said she didn't know what it was. She told me to just make do, even though I told her I couldn't sleep at all. She still said there was nothing she could do. This time, I booked a late check-out until 4 PM on the platform. But at 1 PM, they started rushing me to check out. I told them my train was at 5 PM, so I needed to check out at 4 PM. Yet, they kept knocking on my door, at least five times! It was incredibly frustrating. This is absolutely no way to run a business. I wasn't trying to rip off your hotel; my reservation clearly stated a 4 PM check-out. Even if you told me my room was booked and offered to switch me to a standard room until 4 PM, I would have been fine with that. But constantly hounding me to leave? How can a place like this ever get business? No one should stay here. This is the worst hotel I've ever encountered. And then, to top it off, they threatened to charge me 20 yuan for every minute past 4 PM. Is this how you treat your guests?"
