"If you need to spend the night near the train station, this is very convenient. The breakfast is Chinese, but we only got boiled eggs, and instead of tea, we had rice (?) water. The biggest downside was that the window in the room was broken, and it was only 8 degrees outside. We called the girl from reception, she pulled the curtains over the window and turned the air conditioning on 30 degrees. We went to bed in our jackets and only warmed up in the morning."

"I booked this hotel on September 18th and checked into the Platinum King Room around 21:00. There was a huge smell from the decoration in the room. Opening the windows and doors didn’t work for ventilation, and turning on the maximum air conditioner didn’t work. My eyes still felt sore, the smell hit my nose, and my throat felt uncomfortable. During the waiting period, I lay on the bed, ate the welcome fruit plate, and used a pair of slippers. 22:10 I couldn't stand the smell of decoration and went to the front desk to check out. The hotel recommends changing rooms. I think the decoration is synchronized and there is no point in changing. It is better to check out and change hotels. If the hotel considers that the bed was used for more than 1 hour, it will either cancel the order and refund 40%, but no comments are allowed, or charge the full amount. I chose to spend money to speak out and complain to 12315. The hotel has just been renovated for more than a month. It used a lot of soft bags and particle boards and was over-decorated. When you open drawers and cabinet doors, you can feel the strong smell of formaldehyde and benzene. Boxiang rooms use more particle boards and have a greater taste. Only the lobby in the entire hotel has no decoration smell. The hotel's handling is very poor. They don't identify the root cause of check-out, don't care about the impact of decoration pollution on customers, and don't care about the inconvenience to customers when leaving the hotel in the middle of the night. They only think about making money and not leaving negative reviews. It is recommended that those who are concerned about the pollution caused by the decoration should not stay here, let others breathe first, and try again in 2-3 years. After traveling for so many years, this is the first time I encountered a hotel that only accepts money."

"Light sleepers should definitely not book this hotel. God knows how desperate I am to be woken up at 7am in the morning by a school outside. The noise was incredibly loud starting at 7am. Closing the windows didn't solve the problem, and I couldn't even take a nap. I couldn't rest properly at all. After I reported it to the front desk, they just said, "Just close the windows." If closing the windows would solve the problem, why would I contact them? They had no attitude or sincerity to solve the problem."
