The hotel location is very convenient. The train station and Macao border are nearby. Lots of food options nearby too.

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

Staff is helpful and friendly, especially front desk Chen XY and housekeeper cleaning my room 1601 during my stay. She greets me every morning with a sweet smile that shines my day. Cheers !

Xiao Feng and Xiao min are really nice staff help with all things need. The room is spacious. Nice location. Close to mall and border gate. Will come again.

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

Was given a welcome fruit plate and I got upgraded to better room with city view, actual I requested in my booking but just accepted what the receipt offered. I enjoyed the running in the gym, very nice view. Will book again in future.

Fantastic location, the location right outside the gate, check-in was located under the fifth floor , the process was fast and hasslefree. Although the room is not big, it is clean and comfortable. Lawsons right under the hotel. Perfect business hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in L Hotel. We are served by Xiao Feng. She is very friendly and polite. She ensure we have a feeling like home . The room is spacious and clean . Very well kept . The location was ideal so convenient . Mins to high speed rail station and Gongbei port custom.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. There are many hooks in the bathroom, convenient for hanging clothes.

Good location A lot of eateries right downstairs of the hotel. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Towels and bath robe are sterilized. Received fresh fruit and small little free gift on first day of stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
