We had a relaxing stay at this hotel. Buffet breakfast and the Southeast Asian dinner at the Rice Bowl were both very good. Will stay here again.

The hotel room doesn’t worth with the price , room are dirty enough, the carpet inside the room can saw lot of stain and air cond was very noisy in middle of night , you pay price for 5star hotel but get 3star room hmmm , but hotel landscape nice enough not a good experience for my stay

Our room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

The butler service giving us extreme convenience ,we enjoy the entire environment ,amenities . Super comfortable

Always wanted to try this hotel seeing the photos on little red book, and it lived up to my expectations. In addition, they had a personal butler service to make you feel right at home! Estelle was our personal butler and she was attentive to our needs with 2 kids, she offered to send sand play toys (super useful for beach playtime) and children toiletries to our rooms. During the stay she helped with coordinating and was timely in responding to our needs. It was a truly relaxing holiday at Angsana and you can always have peace and enjoy hotel facilities or take a Didi conveniently to attractions close to the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at Angsana Phoenix Bay Zhuhai! The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, making it feel so special. The staff were fantastic, especially Hedi, who was exceptionally attentive and kind. I loved the photoshoot gift, and the buffet had a great variety. The spa experience, with a generous discount voucher, was amazing and truly relaxing. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!
