首先要強調一點 如果睡眠質量不好的 一定不要選擇這家 酒店離馬路超級近 特別是靠馬路這邊 晚上哪怕車輛少 還有酒店提供的耳塞加持 依然還會被吵醒 幾乎一晚沒怎麼睡 亞朵在連鎖酒店裡麪算是比較中高端 但是智能設施比較少 連很多小眾的連鎖酒店都不如 我們一間房淋浴室玻璃門是變形的 中間能貼合 上下是翹起來的 就導致洗澡時有水會漏出來 另一間房一直有一股臭味 因為第一晚睡眠不好 次日早上提出換房失敗後上面的問題也懶得提了 連住了兩晚直接退房走人 不會有第二次亞朵了（提出換房竟然問我訂房價格 這是什麼意思就不懂了）雖然後來又説有房了 但也懶得折騰了

1.未經客户同意註冊會員且未提供相應優惠。
2.設施介紹的小童角是欺詐，實則是圖書館，無小童角/天地。
3.床頭的開關壞了，無人修理，導致晚上要客人從床上跑到洗手間關燈而無任何歉意。
4.衞生環境差，超多蟑螂，還會跑床上，如圖。
5.整晚野貓吵雜，無法入睡，工作人員也不搭理。
6.枕頭要麼高要麼低，不舒服。

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating.
It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.

We were a group of 17 people and we all agree that the staff and services at 中山 Atour Hotel was excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful with all our needs and even went over and above expectations. Where we had difficulty with language or technical issues, they are readily on hand to assist and solve our problems. A big Thank You to the front desk 山药 for his great assistance and recommendations and the front desk 小姐, who was very helpful with the few times we had difficulty with our car access.
We all had a wonderful trip to 中山 and made some memorable moments.

Staff at front desk are friendly, they told us to become their members to get discount on booking, rooms are decent and clean, toiletries are all included, bathrobe and pillows are nice, great location, within distance to big shopping complex and opposite has a massage place

Though it isn't a grand hotel, the facilities are adequate and met our requirements. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. The services provided were of a high standard.
The only setback is, for non Mandarin and Cantonese speaking guests, communications could be a little challenging.
We enjoyed our stay at Atour
