One of the worst experiences during check in, starting by being badly treated by valet parking guys once explained we'll park by ourselves, then at the reception by not interested girl that wanted to take double payment. Totally different experience during check out - another girl was super kind but promised an invoice was never sent to us.
Hotel is nice, well located, but do not expect nothing really particular

The location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full.
Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot.
The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice.
Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time

The hotel is located in a nice location and beach front.
The main issues are being a very old building and there is only valet parking.
Also there are additional fees for everything. Breakfast does not worth $35 (without tip/service)

Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants.
Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work.
Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar.
Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

Some of your staff need to be taught how to communicate with hotel guests. I was coming down the double staircase to the lobby and was met by one of your staff who was cleaning the stairs. She looked at me and said "no" go around! She didn't smile or say thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. I thought maybe she didn't speak english. Later that day I saw the same staff member talking with my friend, and she was all smiles and very nice. The only difference between my friend and me was the color of our skin.

This place was very disappointing overall mostly due to cleanliness. We paid extra for a marina view which actually meant a much smaller, much older building across the courtyard. Our hallway smelt like sewage for half the stay due to a room nearby having a plumbing issue and 3 roaches were found in the main building of the limited time we spent there.

해변 얖에 위치해 접근성이 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔에 resort fee를 박당 40불 넘게 지불했고, 이 금액에는 썬베드와 파라솔은 포함 되어 있지 않아 조금 당황했습니다. 전반적으로 서비스는 좋았습니다

Even though we were there during college spring break our hotel wasn’t quite as busy with spring breakers as some of the other hotels close by which made it nice, even though I was traveling with two college spring breakers. We were near all the action without being right it. We loved our location and easy access to the beach with a little bridge that crossed A1A. We could walk to lots of great little restaurants right along the *****. We had a great little deli market on the corner of our hotel. One night we were able to take a water taxi all throughout the intercoastal with on and off stops and we were able to get on it right near our hotel. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

My wife and I were put-out by the hidden "resort fees" ($37.00 USD per day), which we were compelled to pay, supposedly for basic hotel items such as wi-fi and pool towels. This should have formed part of the up-front costs.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the pool & tennis courts. We liked staying in the marina side. It was very convenient.

The stay started off on the wrong foot, we had paid for a room with an ocean view in the main (newer) building. When we arrived we were told there was none of those left and the gentleman at the front desk was great, he assured us if we went back in the morning, the manager would have us moved. He even gave us free breakfast for our whole stay. The manager in the morning did have us moved and it was MUCH better. The previous room had a leaking AC unit and was in the older part of the building which is run down. The staff the entire time was awesome! Gave us recommendations for bars and places for dinner. Overall the stay was great and the employees made it a great experience, everyone was kind, accommodating and awesome!
