The furniture in the rooms were worn out and had patches on them. Otherwise, it was clean. No English-speaking staff at the check in counter.

Today's Zhongshan Marathon ended in the cold wind and rain. We dragged our exhausted and soaked bodies back to the hotel. Fortunately, we found warmth here in Vienna. The hotel extended our time to three o'clock, so that our family could take a hot bath and then sleep to restore our vitality. We are very grateful to the hotel for its thoughtfulness. The room is very nice and clean. The water temperature for showering is also good and there is no peculiar smell. The breakfast is very good. Next time I come to Zhongshan on a business trip, I will stay here again. I highly recommend it.

The bed was very unclean. After just one night's sleep, my face became severely sensitive (I have no history of allergies), and it was very itchy. My husband also told me that he had bitten it and it turned into tiny bits. Fortunately, a friend had allergy medicine, and the situation was resolved. It was getting better, otherwise I would have to stop my journey and go back to Hong Kong to see a doctor😵😵😵. I immediately canceled the hotel room for the remaining 2 nights and transferred to another hotel. This Vienna International Hotel was immediately marked as a blacklist. 😤 😤
